2 - General Information
2.1.
Hungarian law is applicabble to all matters not covered by this document and to the interpretation of any corresponnding questions and disputes that shall arise. The mandatory provisions of the relevant laws and regulations shall also apply to the Parties without being specifically mentioned in this document.
2.2. Information and photographs displayed at this site can be used after a written request and subsequent endorsement of the operator only.
2.3. The language of the contracts covered by this document is English. The legislation in force is of the Republic of Hungary and the corresponding legislation of the European Union. Both Parties expressly and irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary with respect to any matter or claim, suit, action, or proceeding arising under or related to the contract.
3 - Registration
Both natural or legal persons can register and purchase at the website. During the registration, the user is obliged to fill the lines marked with an asterisk with correct data. If the operator becomes aware of entry of incorrect data, the registration can be cancelled at any time. The operator shall not take responsibility for any incorrect data.
6 – Ordering
6.1 General
Products in the webshop may be purchased with or without the registration. During the registration, contact details, invoicing and /or delivery address should be provided. It is possible to subscribe to our newsletter as well, to inform the customers of further discounts and news. We cannot take any responsibility for the data that is not correctly provided by the customer, including any mistakes in the shipping address.
6.2 How to order
Login is possible prior to or during the order, registration is also possible during the process. You can put our products into the shopping cart by clicking on the „Add to cart” button. Then you have to click on the „Order” button. The next step is to select your delivery and your payment methods. (Possible methods of payment and transport will be detailed in Section 8)
It is possible to verify all data once more before finalising the order on the Order Page. Prior to the finalisation of the order, the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and the Data Protection Directives is required, which, as indicated, entails a payment obligation which we may legitimately claim in the event of non-compliance.
As a final step, it is necessary to confirm the order by clicking on the link „To confirm your order click here” in the confirmation email, which can be found under the logo at the very top of the email The email includes all the order details and the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (Data Protection Directives) are also attached to it.
