Zoltán Fekete, nagyajtai 1911-1988

Geologist, soil scientist, horticultural engineer, university professor candidate address. Former dean at the College of Horticulture, former deputy director of the college. He was vice-president and then honorary president of the Soil Society. He was also president and later a committee member of the Meteorological Society, vice-president of the Hungarian Agricultural Science Association, member of the Board of MTESZ, and from 1955 a member of the International Society of Soil Science. From 1973 until his death, he held the position of National Overseer of the Evangelical Church.

In WW2 he led an anti-tank platoon and he received several decorations. He spoke 11 languages and were a true renaissance man.
