Born: Páli, September 21, 1928
His father was an agricultural worker. His son practiced his parents' profession, and in 1946 he joined the Hungarian Communist Party. From 1949 he was a political associate of the MKP in Kapuvár, then secretary of the MKP's Csorna district party committee.
